Welcome to my newest freelance-media brainchild, Nighttime Dispatch Radio. I know how tough it can be on the night shift. Some nights can be especially not busy (avoiding the Q word here..) and when that melatonin decides to start pumping, it can be a battle to the end of your shift trying to stay awake at your console.
Maybe you can watch a little TV? But really, who likes viewing reruns of the informercial selling those knives they've been peddling through your TV screen for decades. How about some radio! Although at night, most of the commercial stations decide to put the thing on auto-shuffle-play until "normal" people are awake (wimps...). So, here's giving it a go.. I want to start and run a radio station just for people like me, those who work on the "dreaded" night shift. Specifically, dispatchers.
I promise, no left wing/right wing/political/moral issue talk or issues (unless dispatch related of course). Just some good music and fun things to help get you through those long nights. Give it a listen, and let me know what you think. Enjoy!
Any amount helps! I pay for this station out of my own pocket. The station is ad free, to make sure you have a good experience. Donations are appreciated!
